These general terms apply to quotes and orders managed by +58 Apparel.
Quotes
Quotes are issued with a reference number (QT-XXXX) and have a validity period stated in the document. Prices may change if quantities, garments, customization techniques or requested dates change.
Order approval
Production begins once the client approves the current quote through the link sent. Any later change may require a new quote review.
Payments
Payments and deposits are recorded as received. Specific deposit and balance terms are stated in each quote.
Client designs and materials
The client declares having the necessary rights to the logos, names and designs provided for customization.
Production and delivery times
Estimated times are confirmed in writing for each order and may vary depending on material availability and volume.
Changes and cancellations
Change or cancellation requests must be communicated in writing. Work already started or customized materials may not be refundable.
